Contractor Relationships & Independent Status

Intellectual Property

Payment Terms & Listing Subscriptions
Fees for Featured Listings, AI marketing upgrades, or advertising products are outlined in applicable listing proposals or subscription plans ($197/month unless otherwise modified). Failure to pay subscription fees may result in downgrade or suspension of Featured status. Standard directory listings remain subject to directory guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cordele GA Online and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits or lost business opportunities
- Disputes or damages arising between homeowners and listed contractors
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data loss or temporary service interruptions
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer or business to Cordele GA Online during the previous three months of service.
